AGENCY SERVICES

As shipping agents, our mission is to be responsible for the entry of a vessel – in compliance with the regulations-, the relationship/communication with the Capitan & Crew, the Fuel & Food Supply,  Customs formalities and, of course, loading and unloading of the vessel.

We are not only accountable, but also have a commercial commitment to shipowners, because our duty as agents is to look after for the shipowner´s sensitive issues, ranging from shipowner’s “good name” to the implementation of the protocols of ethics and anti-corruption, as well as freight handling, collection and transfer, and the management and care of the ships. Therefore, we summarize that perhaps our main task is to be “the shipowners´s eyes” at the ports concerned by the authority given by them.

General and Port Agents: Our commitment to “act on behalf of” shipping companies we represent, guiding and advising Shipowners and Captains, so as to optimize their vessel´s operations in ports where ships arrive.

  • We offer an integral service of delivery or shipment of equipment, spare parts, nautical publications, and courier services.
  • Cleaning of holds and tanks (earth equipment).
  • Hot Works (permits, gas removal, qualified welders and supply of lashing/unlashing material).
  • Launch Services: Our services includes vessel´s mooring/unmooring works.
  • We also offer launch transportation as per vessel’s requirements (crew change, technicians, inspectors, custom, pilots, etc.). We also offer our launches to assist surveyors, provide support for diver´s works, anchor searching, painting of drafts/bathymetry/beacon, etc.
  • In addition, boats equipped with cranes for general cargo transportation: provisions delivery to the vessel as well as supplies, spare parts, materials, chemicals and lub-oils.
  • Repair, inspection and spare parts: We provide services of maintenance, repair and performance analysis of engines as well as, installation and maintenance of systems on vessels and Navy Engineering and mechanical services.
